Welcome to my Cooking program, where fun and creativity becomes together in healthy dishes!

The Conscious Eating Training at Cristina Alimentart School is an invitation to reconnect with cooking as an act of love and presence. Over the course of 5 sessions, each lasting four hours, we will learn to cook in harmony with the place where we live, to listen to the true needs of those we nourish, and to be surprised by creativity on the plate. We will explore cooking techniques, plating, and ancestral practices in nature that remind us that nourishing ourselves is also a path of awareness and care. By the end, you will take with you not only practical tools and new ways of cooking, but also a deeper and more sensitive way of looking at food, at those with whom you share your table, and at yourself. In addition, this training will give you a solid foundation to work in harmony with the environment and with people, integrating cooking into a more conscious and respectful way of life.

What you Will Learn

Local and seasonal, November 6

 

 

Discovering how the foods that the earth offers us each season are the ones that nourish us best. We will work with fresh vegetables, whole grains, quality proteins, and ripe fruits, learning how to recognize their vitality and cook them in ways that preserve their energy and flavor. In this way, we not only care for our health but also for the environment, by choosing foods that respect natural cycles and support local producers.

Intuition Program November 13th

 

Through practice, we learn to trust our senses, to combine flavors naturally, and to create nourishing meals without depending solely on recipes. Along the way, we explore different types of cuts and cooking techniques, discovering how each one can transform the texture, flavor, and energy of food. It is a space to cultivate creativity, presence, and confidence, so that cooking becomes a more fluid and joyful expression of who we are.

How to plate November 20th

 

 

We will create different dishes that invite us to unleash our creativity and play with colors, textures, and shapes. Plating is not only about presentation, but also about transmitting care, beauty, and harmony through food. Each dish becomes a canvas where we learn to express ourselves freely, transforming a meal into a complete sensory experience.

Easy ways to organize yourself          November 27th

Discovering the power of an organized kitchen, we will learn to arrange our space and plan our meals in ways that bring clarity and ease to every step of cooking. By preparing ingredients thoughtfully and creating a harmonious environment, we turn the act of cooking into a mindful practice that nourishes both body and mind. In this way, every recipe becomes an opportunity to cultivate care, creativity, and presence in the kitchen.

Ancestral cooking (outdoor)        December 4th

Discovering the wisdom of ancestral cooking, we will practice traditional methods of preservation and outdoor cooking, using edible plants and seasonal ingredients. We will learn to honor the natural rhythms and flavors of the earth, preparing food in ways that preserve its vitality and essence. In this way, we not only nourish our bodies but also reconnect with the land, the cycles of nature, and the timeless knowledge of those who cooked before us.

No prior cooking experience is needed—what matters most is a willingness to learn and an open heart. If you already have culinary skills, I invite you to open your mind and engage with cooking in a different way, more aligned with yourself, so you can discover your own approach to everything we will explore together.
