This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Cristina Alimentart through the website www.cristinalimentart.com, including retreats, consulting services, gastronomic experiences, and educational programs.
By booking any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. General Conditions
- All cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Any bank or platform fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted where applicable.
- This policy applies unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement with the client.
2. Retreats
Reservation and Payment
- To secure a place in a retreat, a non-binding reservation payment of €350 is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to the retreat start date.
Cancellations and Refunds
- The reservation payment is fully refundable up to 2 months prior to the scheduled service date.
- Cancellations made less than 2 months before the event are non-refundable.
3. Consulting Services
Payment
- All consulting sessions (private or corporate) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled consultation date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.
4. Gastronomic Experiences
4.1 Private Chef Services
- A reservation payment is required, the amount of which will be agreed individually with the client.
- This reservation payment is fully refundable up to 2 months prior to the scheduled service date.
- Cancellations made less than 2 months before the event are non-refundable.
4.2 Immersive Food Experience
- Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the experience are non-refundable.
5. Cristina Alimentart School
Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment in educational programs requires a €150 registration fee, which acts as a booking deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the training program.
Cancellations and Refunds
- The €150 registration fee is fully refundable within 14 days from the date of enrollment.
- If the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the program start date, the registration fee may be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 2 months before the start date, the registration fee is non-refundable.
6. Cancellation by Cristina Alimentart
In the event that Cristina Alimentart is required to cancel any service for organizational, personal, or force majeure reasons, all payments made by the client will be refunded in full, with no additional liability.
Cristina Alimentart shall not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the client, such as travel or accommodation costs, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Force Majeure
Cristina Alimentart shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.
In such cases, alternative dates or solutions may be offered when possible.
